Sandra Nelson
Sandra Sylvia Nelson has had work in many magazines including The Virginia Quarterly Review, The Beloit Poetry Journal, JAMA, Poetry Northwest, Carte Blanche, Palette Poetry, Tar River, Electric Literature, Razor, The North American Review, Rattle, The Iowa Review, and Ms. Magazine. She’s in Hard Choices an anthology by The Iowa Review and in the textbook Exploring Literature by Longman Press. She holds a MFA in visual art, PhD in English and an MS. She often uses these disciplines in her poems, stories, creative nonfictions and essays.
