
Tuấn Mami is a Hanoi-based interdisciplinary-experimental artist who is constantly exploring new mediums, means and methods of evolving with reflective questioning and social research. His artistic focus centres around questions about life, the social interactions between people, and people with their environment to reconstruct situations into ones that engage people or objects from a particular reality to enter and involve together in a social process.
He has held a number of solo exhibitions across the world, such as 'Protest Against the Void' in Chicago and 'In a Breath-Nothing Stands Still' in Rotterdam. He has also participated in many international exhibitions, including 'The Clouds Will Tell' in South Korea and 'Krisis' in the United Kingdom. He has been an artist-in-residence across the world and is the co-founder of MAC-Hanoi, the Nha San Collective, where he is also a board member and Á Space- An Experimental Art Space, where he is also artistic director.
