Lucy Davis
Lucy Davis is a visual artist, art writer and founder of The Migrant Ecologies Project. She lived most of her life Singapore but now lives in Finland and works as an Associate Professor (Contemporary Art) at Aalto University. She has contributed to a range of international publications and is the author of four artist’s books. Her work encompasses plant genetics, bird song and tree lore in addition to materiality, narrative environments, art/science, memory and nature cultures. More recently her work has also included pyscho-ecologies of resilience.
